A problem seen every month, in every class group.

As her children joined yoga, Bharatanatyam and art classes, she saw the same bottleneck every month in the class WhatsApp groups: unorganised payment lists with no descriptions, followed by repetitive, endless fee reminders. Tracking by hand who has paid and who still owes was a task she wanted to remove.

FeePay is her answer — a recurring fee collection platform for class-based education businesses. It handles students, batches, monthly dues, WhatsApp reminders, payment links and receipts, so owners spend less time chasing fees and more time teaching.

Where she learned to build.

Nirosha spent four years at Cognizant as an Associate SQL Developer (2013–2017), designing databases and handling large migrations for clients including ASDA (Walmart) and GlaxoSmithKline. Working as a business analyst on clinical-trial systems taught her to understand a process before building for it — the same approach she brings to every product.

From a birth that didn’t feel her own, to a practice of care.

During her first pregnancy, she and her husband experienced the common lack of information and followed the conventional hospital path, resulting in a birth experience that did not feel like her own. For their second child, they travelled to Birth Village in Kochi, where midwife Priyanka guided them through a respectful, informed and empowering birth — an experience that fundamentally shifted her work.

For the past six years, she has guided families across Coimbatore through pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal months, so that no woman feels unheard in her motherhood journey.
